IMO, Better than prescription cremes for tendonitis, arthritis and nerve pain
I have used Old Goat post-shoulder-surgery when I was gifted nerve "involvement" and also elbow tendonitis from my surgery positioning and the length of the surgery. I have used this for lower back pains which thus far have not been diagnosed because I can manage them with this. Twice per day. To be fair, I am quite an active senior so I am doing all I can to remain flexible and achieve/keep range of motion. My husband uses this on his arthritic thumb following a pickleball concrete thumb-plant which broke the thumb in several palces. The surgery was useless. Old Goat helps.
